Returns / Exchanges

All sales are final. If you are missing an item in your order or have received an incorrect item, please message me ASAP so I can correct this! ♡

Shipping

Itsfateclub offers both untracked and tracked shipping options. Orders consisting of up to around 15 sticker sheets are eligible for untracked shipping.

Depending on where you are located, stamped shipping can take anywhere from one week to even a few months. 

The price of shipping depends on the weight of your order and where you are located. If your order weights more than 3oz and you picked stamped/untracked shipping, it can be either shipped in different envelopes to remain more affordable or you can upgrade to tracked shipping. 

Itsfateclub is not responsible for lost orders should you choose to proceed with untracked shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it is out of my hands and you must contact your shipping carrier if your order is lost.

Payment Methods

Currently, itsfateclub accepts Stripe via our shop website. For options like Paypal/ Venmo/ Zelle / CC , please make sure to DM on instagram with a photo of your cart and prefered payment method.
